- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Ben Reece has been my insurance agent for many years. He offered to compare rates with my previous agent, and Ben's prices came in well under what I had been paying. But that was just the beginning. Ben constantly shows me that customer service is alive and well at his agency. My previous agent probably didn't even know who I was, was never available to talk on the phone, and I don't think that office even answered live calls--I had to leave a message and wait for someone to call me back. Ben not only answers his office phone frequently, but if I have a question he can't answer on that call, he always gets back to me in a timely manner. And he doesn't try to sell me things I don't want or need! I have recommended Ben to many friends and clients, and I even got my mom to switch to him.
